Core Values
"These are not talking points… they are how I live, how I serve, and how I lead."
My faith and my family are my compass and my anchor... they define who I am, guide my decisions, keep me humble, and call me to serve. My husband and I chose Frisco 26 years ago to raise our family, and we built our life here: our home, our work, our church, and our friendships. Frisco has given our family so much, and I want to make sure it remains a city our daughters are proud of and would one day want to return to when raising their own families.
Community isn’t just where we live — it’s who we stand beside and do life with. It’s built through relationships and showing up for each other. It means being there for neighbors, supporting local businesses, volunteering where help is needed, and building real relationships. For me, Frisco has always been about people. About YOU... My friends and neighbors. A connected community is what make a city become a home. Frisco is my HOME, and We Are Better Together!
The best leaders listen before they speak. I believe every voice deserves to be heard, and the strongest solutions come from asking thoughtful questions, people work together respectfully to find solutions. Good collaboration brings different people and different ideas together and leads to better outcomes that serve the whole community.
When someone puts their trust in you, I believe you owe them your very best. Whether I’m at work or serving the community, I take that trust seriously. I believe in doing things the right way, paying attention to details, maintaining high standards, following through on commitments, and taking responsibility for my actions.
Trust doesn’t happen overnight. Trust is earned over time, through honesty, accountability, and keeping your word. It’s earned by consistently doing WHAT you said you would do, WHEN you said you would do it, and THE WAY you said you would do it. I am committed to straight talk, open communication, and ethical leadership.

"A rising tide lifts all boats. That's what Frisco's always been. I want to make sure our tide keeps rising — and that everyone is lifted up."
